There are AI receptionists that write the appointment into the record — for veterinary, for primary care, for specialist clinics. For dentistry there is none. The ones sold to clinics today book into a calendar of their own and email a summary; someone at your practice still has to type it into Muntra by hand. Vega writes straight into Muntra, while the patient is still on the line.
The same goes for cancellations and reschedules. When a patient moves their appointment, it moves in Muntra — not in an email someone has to get around to reading.
A consultation is worth 30,000 kr at our first clinic, according to their own price list. Welvo Base costs 29,880 kr a year. If Vega books a single consultation that would otherwise have been lost, she has paid for the whole year.

We are taking on a limited number of clinics as pilots. You pay half price for the first three months, with no lock-in — if you want to stop, just say so. The reason is simple: we want clinics that dare to tell us what does not work, and that is worth a discount.
Connection to your practice system, your treatments and prices, opening hours and the questions Vega should be able to answer. You do not need to set aside an afternoon — we do it and show you the result.
We call your public number and measure whether anyone answers, how quickly, and whether the caller reaches a human. You get the figure whether or not you become a customer — it is yours.
Our website module otherwise costs SEK 499 a month. During the three pilot months it is included — that is SEK 1,497. At one clinic the hundred biggest search terms went from 133 to 321 clicks in two months.
The pilot applies to the first ten clinics. The reason is not artificial: at ten customers we know enough to stop guessing, and then we no longer need to pay to find out.
