WHAT SYNCS
New appointments, reschedules and cancellations are written straight into Muntra’s scheduling engine, with the right resource, the right treatment type and the right duration.
Vega looks up existing patients by national ID or name + date of birth. New patients are created automatically with contact details and consents.
Your clinic’s own treatment codes and durations are pulled from Muntra. Vega never books a check-up in a root canal’s slot, or the other way around.
Call notes, transcripts and follow-up texts are logged on the patient’s card in Muntra, reception sees the full patient history in one place.
SECURITY
All data traffic between Welvo and Muntra runs over encrypted channels within the EU. Documented sub-processors, no US CDNs along the way.
Every booking Vega creates, changes or cancels is logged with a timestamp, call ID and a reference to the transcript. Your clinic’s DPO can audit at any time.
Patient details stay in Muntra. Welvo stores only a reference ID, not personal data, unless you explicitly enable features that require it (e.g. recall).
